Telephonic

supervisors on a 24 / 7 basis . CCI
Resource Specialists assess callers' needs and guide them to cost-effective
resources or benefits for help. We serve as a "navigational" aid,
helping employees and their families get the information, guidance and
resources they need quickly and cost-effectively.

a visit to a counselor for a clinical, situational, or job performance
evaluation, followed by appropriate resource support and referrals.
